Pound for Pound

Out Now · Steam Early Access

The MMA promotion tycoon. Start from nothing, sign unknown fighters, and build the biggest fight promotion in the world.

Run the Fight Business

Pound for Pound is a tycoon sim about the business of MMA. You are the promoter, not a fighter: you find the talent, make the matchups, sell the fights, and grow a local show into the biggest promotion in the sport.

Start From Nothing

Small rooms, unknown fighters, and a promotion nobody has heard of. As you grow you unlock new weight classes, bigger events, sponsorships, TV deals, and new territories. The ceiling is the biggest promotion in the world.

A Fully Procedural World

Every fighter is generated, with over 5,000 in the world at any time, and rival promotions build their own rosters, champions, and legacies alongside you. No two saves play out the same.

Fighters Who Remember

Fighters demand title shots, rematches, hometown bookings, and pay raises. You can promise a title shot to close a hard deal. Break the promise and they remember. How you treat people shapes your locker room.

Fast, Deep Simulation

Styles make fights: wrestlers smother strikers, pressure fighters overwhelm counter punchers, veterans decline, prospects break through. The sim is fast enough to build years of history in a single sitting.

Major Update 2: Rivals

OUT NOW

The fight world is bigger, more connected, and more alive. Fighters create rivalries. Gyms create friendships, grudges, and new prospects. Rival promotions build champions, compete for talent, and fight you for their place in the sport.

Rivals brings those systems together. A great fight can ignite a feud, that feud can grow through press conferences and faceoffs, and the final chapter can headline the biggest pay-per-view your promotion has ever run.

Expanded Rivalries

A big fight can now become a big rivalry, and a big rivalry can become a trilogy. Feuds emerge naturally from the history of your game: a Fight of the Night war, a controversial decision, a press-conference callout, a gym defection. Fuel the bad blood, build the fight, and decide when it is finally time to settle it.

Rival Promotions

Your promotion is no longer the only one shaping the sport. Rival promotions run their own rosters, build their own champions, and pursue the same fighters you want. Contested signings become Signing Wars, and the sport remembers who won them.

Expanded Fight Week

Run the press conference, stage the weigh-in faceoffs, answer questions from the media, and market the fighters and feuds you need people to care about. Turn the biggest stories in your promotion into fights people cannot miss.

Gyms, Coaches, and Scouting

Fighters train at gyms with their own coaches, specialties, teammates, and rival camps. Build relationships with the right camps and you can discover prospects before other promotions do.

Also in Rivals: multi-division champions, the Hall of Fame, the Record Book, a new HQ, growing sponsor relationships, a redesigned Card Builder, and Fight Appeal ratings for every booked bout. The full rundown is in the announcement on Steam.
